Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks around the worksite
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred




Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team
Good communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors and coworkers
Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently
Willingness to learn recent skills and techniques related to the job
