Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties
Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a protected and organized work environment. Shoveling, unit clean up, etc.
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of waste materials properly.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the job.




Confined space entry and work from heights may be required

Experience
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team is essential.
Strong physical stamina and the capability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor workplace is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. We encourage individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our team while gaining valuable experience in the labor field to apply for this position.

Requirements
Must have own transportation, no public transportation available
Drug & Alcohol Testing
CSA approved steel toe boots required
Must be clean shaven to don a respirator.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
