Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting techniques
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, engines, and equipment
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to disassemble, repair, or replace components
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all repair activities
Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in detailed logs
Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and ensure minimal downtime




Assist in the installation of new equipment or machinery as needed

Experience
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role involving machinery repair and maintenance
Solid mechanical knowledge across various systems and components
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required for repair tasks
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team setting
