Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productive distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, and logistics coordination. This role is vital in maintaining seamless transportation, procurement, and materials management to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and packaging to meet team's job demands.
Manage procurement processes and sourcing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Oversee freight logistics, including 3PL providers and freight scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety standards.
Conduct data analysis related to inventory levels, pricing strategies
Manage materials management activities using Odoo System tools for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
Order pick up an delivery of boxes, packaging, order picking, and shipping logistics




Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal sourcing of supplies and materials.

Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), Odoo ERP systems, and transportation management systems.
Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, freight logistics
Excellent data analysis skills for demand planning, pricing analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and materials management.
Experience with Odoo ERP software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process optimization.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
