Your Responsibilities:
Install windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass efficiently and safely
Perform chip repairs and assess damage for appropriate service recommendations
Use adhesives, tools, and equipment properly to ensure top-quality work
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
Provide excellent customer service — every vehicle leaves cleaner than it arrived
Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and deliver on our service promise

What We’re Looking For:




Minimum 1 year of professional auto glass installation experience (required)
Must supply your own tools
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean, insurable abstract
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
Fluent in English, with good communication and customer service skills
