In this role, you will oversee the entire funeral process, from initial arrangements to final disposition, ensuring families receive respectful and personalized support during their most difficult moments. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create meaningful experiences for families while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct funeral arrangements with families, offering guidance and support throughout the planning process
Lead funeral services, ensuring they are conducted with dignity, respect, and professionalism
Manage logistical details including transportation, preparation of remains, and coordination with vendors and service providers
Assist families with legal documentation, permits, and necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations
Engage in sales activities by offering additional services or products that meet families’ needs while maintaining ethical standards
Perform heavy lifting when handling caskets, equipment,



or supplies safely and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of all services provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with grieving families and colleagues
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple arrangements simultaneously
Ability to work energetically in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Knowledge of legal requirements related to funeral services and documentation processes
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
