Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Line Cooks and Food Runners to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support meal preparation during busy periods, including assembling plates and garnishing dishes
Rely on excellent serving skills to deliver exceptional customer service




Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure productive operations
Follow all restaurant policies related to food handling, safety, and hygiene

Skills
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or carrying items as needed
Experience with serving or delivering food is a plus but not required
A positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences
