Amped Well Testing is expanding and looking for experienced Well Testing Supervisors and Operators to join our team working throughout Northern Alberta and Northern B.C.
We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded individuals who take pride in their work and have hands-on experience in well testing, flowback, or related oilfield operations.
Positions Available
Well Testing Supervisors
Lead and oversee well testing operations
Coordinate field crews and equipment
Monitor well pressures, flow rates, temperatures, and production data
Ensure protected and productive operations
Communicate effectively with clients and field personnel
Complete accurate daily reports and operational documentation
Well Testing Operators
Operate and monitor well testing and flowback equipment
Assist with rig-up, rig-down, and equipment maintenance
Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Follow all company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements
Support the Supervisor and field team throughout operations
Compensation
$400–$600 per day, depending on experience and position.
Work Locations
Northern Alberta & Northern British Columbia
What We're Looking For
Previous well testing, flowback, production testing, or related oilfield experience
Supervisory experience for Supervisor positions
Strong commitment to safety and HSE
Reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew
Willingness to work rotational schedules and extended field hours
Valid driver's license
Current industry certifications which includes; First Aid, Common Safety Orientation & H2S Alive
