Duties
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, coloring, and special occasion styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
Deliver top-tier customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




Educate clients on proper hair care routines and product usage to foster ongoing relationships.
Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a robust portfolio of work.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client needs.
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Passion for customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive salon atmosphere.
Retail sales experience is a plus, along with familiarity using point-of-sale systems.

Pay: $17.60-$43.70 per hour
