Position Overview

Grounds Crew members play an essential role in maintaining the championship-level playing conditions at The Lakes Golf Course. The team works early mornings to ensure the course is in pristine condition for daily play.

Responsibilities




Maintain turf and landscaped areas across the golf course
Operate mowing equipment and landscape tools
Rake bunkers, seed areas, and perform general course maintenance
Assist with irrigation and course preparation
Maintain a clean and protected work setting

Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Willingness to learn golf course equipment operation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available for early morning shifts (starting around 5am)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
