We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cafe Assistant to join our team. You will help prepare food and drinks, serve customers, handle orders, and keep the cafe clean and organized.
Responsibilities
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Prepare food and drinks according to recipes and food safety standards
Help customers with menu selections when needed
Keep the cafe, kitchen, and dining area clean and organized
Wash dishes and sanitize equipment and work areas
Restock food, supplies, and ingredients
Follow food safety and health regulations
Work with team members during busy periods
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Requirements
Previous cafe or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic food preparation and cash handling skills are an asset
Able to work as part of a team
Adaptable to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
