Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely
Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to optimize productivity
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to uphold OSHA standards and prevent accidents
Monitor project progress, quality control measures, and adherence to specifications using construction management software
Manage project budgets by tracking costs, approving expenditures,



and implementing cost-saving strategies
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication

Skills
Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction environments
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Fieldwire
Expertise in quality control procedures to ensure work meets industry standards
Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost management strategies
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
