Responsibilities
Set up, calibrate, and operate HPLC instruments to perform routine and complex analyses.
Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collect, record, and analyze data accurately, maintaining detailed documentation of all procedures and results.
Troubleshoot instrument issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality output.
Maintain laboratory supplies, perform routine maintenance on HPLC systems,
and ensure cleanliness of work areas.
Collaborate with team members to interpret analytical results and support ongoing research projects.
Follow safety protocols diligently and adhere to all laboratory regulations.
Qualifications
Laboratory experience with HPLC systems is essential; familiarity with various analytical techniques is preferred.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
Solid understanding of quality control processes within a laboratory setting.
Basic math skills for calculations related to sample preparation and data analysis.
Experience in collecting reliable data while maintaining meticulous records.
Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and positive laboratory practices (GLP).
