Location: Gimli, Manitoba
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected season: September 15 – November 7
We are seeking a reliable seasonal worker to support day-to-day operations at our fish plant in Gimli.
Main Duties
Weigh fish
Load and unload product
Move fish boxes and other materials
Assist with general plant labour and clean-up
Lift and carry up to 60 lbs
Help with other duties as needed
Work Hours
Hours vary based on fish deliveries and production needs
Typical workday: 4 to 10 hours
The successful applicant must be available to work 7 days per week when required, including weekends
Overtime is paid after 44 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical work
Comfortable working in a fish processing workplace
Able to follow instructions and work well with others
Flexible with changing hours and days
Reliable transportation to and from work
Previous plant, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset (not required)
