We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Tech Bench Lead to oversee day to day tech bench operations, keep repairs and builds moving forward efficiently, ensure every system leaving the bench meets quality standards and assist in monitoring, managing and resolving support requests received through the company's ticketing system. You'll lead workflow on hardware projects, support customers with transparent communication and collaborate with ownership on process improvements and organization.
Responsibilities
Prompt communication with clients through various channels maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Triage of open tickets/issues ensuring anything with high priority or critical response. needed is handled as quickly as possible.
Check in computers needing repair as per instructions of the client and complete repairs providing detailed documentation in the ticket.
Perform installation and service of cable,
satellite and fixed wireless internet and television systems.
Perform onsite work for residential, business, and project work when needed.
Analyze current customers' technology needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in computer networking, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of computer hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management
Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Completion of CompTIA A+ certificate
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
