Join our growing cleaning team in Victoria. This is a full-time position with a real promotion path: team members who show reliability and leadership can advance into a Team Manager role.

What you'll do
Clean residential and commercial spaces from top to bottom: kitchens (counters, appliances, degreasing), bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), bedrooms, and living areas
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces following our cleaning checklists
Drive a company vehicle between job sites
Communicate with clients about their preferences and flag any issues you notice

What we're looking for
Legal authorization to work in Canada (required)
Previous skilled cleaning experience (required)
Valid driver's licence with a clean record (required)
Conversational English, enough to communicate with clients on your own (required)
Attention to detail,

Pay & perks
$20.00 to $23.00/hr to start, based on experience, with raises tied to performance
Full time hours from day one

Promotion path to Team Manager for top performers

Our team works in both English and Spanish, so you'll be comfortable here either way, but English is required for client communication.
