Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sushi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality Sushi in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure effective meal preparation and service

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods




Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
Strong understanding of meal preparation, serving, and food industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
