Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership's lot is well-organized and that customers receive exceptional service. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Suitable for Summer Students

Duties
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving cars to designated areas for display or service.
Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and directing customers to the appropriate personnel.
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.




Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive environments is beneficial but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
