Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with entry procedures, verifying age and ticket validity when necessary
Handle all cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales, cover charges, and merchandise purchases
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all equipment functions properly
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with security staff to monitor guest behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed
Manage guest flow efficiently during peak hours to minimize wait times and enhance overall experience
Keep detailed records of transactions, cash reconciliations, and shift reports to ensure accountability
Qualifications
Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, or food service within hospitality or entertainment venues is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking when needed
Ability to handle cash accurately and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
