Restaurant Receptionist / Server / Kitchen Helper
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.
Serve food and drinks while ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.
Handle customer requests, concerns, and special orders professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception areas.
Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, plating, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean work area.
Support kitchen staff during busy periods and ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
