Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and perks
Provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise, including technology products and accessories
Perform sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring satisfaction
Follow store policies on cash handling, phone etiquette, and organizational procedures
Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation

Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
