HPM Cleaning is a qualified cleaning service that provides reliable, high-quality cleaning to clients in their homes. We are looking for experienced and dependable cleaners to join our growing team.
As an HPM Cleaning employee, you will be assigned cleaning jobs at our clients’ locations. You will be given the details of each job, including the expected completion time, before the job begins.
What You’ll Do
Travel to assigned client locations
Complete residential cleaning services professionally and thoroughly
Finish each cleaning within the provided job time
Follow the cleaning requirements provided for each client
Treat every client’s home and belongings with care
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
Must be dependable, punctual,
and able to work independently
Must be able to complete assigned cleaning jobs within the provided time
Strong attention to detail
Professional and respectful when working in clients’ homes
How Pay Works
HPM Cleaning employees are on payroll and paid per completed job rather than by a weekly or bi-weekly salary structure.
Before accepting an assigned job, you will know the cleaning requirements and expected completion time.
