Responsibilities
Conduct tire inspections, rotations, repairs, and replacements efficiently and safely
Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail
Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and belt inspections
Use mechanical knowledge to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
Support sales efforts by informing customers about recommended services and products
Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tires, oils, and fluids essential for success in this role
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance tasks highly advantageous
Solid customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of tire handling and vehicle servicing tasks
Prior experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
