We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Plate dishes attractively and efficiently for service
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment




Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of shortages or expired items

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling procedures is advantageous
Experience working in a quick-paced setting with a focus on meal preparation and food safety standards is highly desirable
Familiarity with the food industry, including restaurant operations and customer service practices, will be beneficial
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a passion for culinary excellence

Pay: $16.80 per hour
