Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and speed
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to enhance visual appeal
Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety guidelines
Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations within the food industry
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
