Position Summary

Talent Employment Inc. is hiring experienced and customer-focused Bartenders for clients across the GTA and Durham Region. We are seeking professional, reliable individuals who can provide excellent beverage service in fast-paced hospitality, banquet, restaurant, and event environments.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
Provide friendly, skilled, and efficient customer service to guests.
Set up, maintain, and clean bar areas before, during, and after service.
Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service requirements.
Monitor guest consumption and serve alcohol responsibly.
Maintain adequate stock of beverages, glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Process customer orders and payments accurately when required.
Keep bar counters, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Follow health, safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Previous bartending, banquet, restaurant, catering,



or hospitality experience is preferred.
Knowledge of common cocktails, beverages, bar equipment, and basic drink preparation.
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualified appearance and a positive attitude.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform regular hospitality duties.
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications
Smart Serve Certification is required for assignments involving alcohol service in Ontario.
High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset.
Previous bartending or beverage service experience is an asset.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
