MAKE UP FOR EVER Education & Events Selling Specialist MUST HAVE A CAR
Scheduling will depend on peak hours and high-volume dates. Some administration work will be required to follow up with manager to review results and coaching.
Role Description:
Responsible for managing and driving events
Responsible for managing and maintaining the event collateral & gratis
Responsible for engaging and motivating BAs before and during the event
Responsible for educating Sephora Bas on new product launches (and distributing gratis)
Assist with store negotiated workshops & masterclasses
Responsible for education prior and during events
Responsible for in the moment on stage education
-Perform make up service applications
-Build, Foster and grow relationships with Leadership and BA’s
-Achieve sales targets and record metrics daily in Airtable
-Achieve product launch targets
-Support client needs within Sephora to elevate the clients shopping experience
-Provide basic product education to Sephora team members
-Run and execute in store OFF HUB(Brand Focus Day) events
-Negotiation/strategy building day to day support
Qualification Requirements:
-Must be a trained or certified makeup artist with a robust education background
-Must have robust background in sales and customer service
-Must have access to a car and valid drivers license
-Must own a computer and be able to perform basic administration skills
-Versatile availability (weekends & holidays)
