Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Conduct product demos when needed to inform customers about features and benefits
Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves and displays
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests, or issues




Demonstrate strong time management skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently during busy periods

Experience
Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics environments
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
Experience with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service best practices
Technical sales experience or knowledge of products can be an asset in explaining features to customers
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting
