We are seeking a agile Area Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in making a difference every day.

Working with the Area Manager to identify, plan, and roll out realistic strategic and business planning of the Company

Ensuring Client satisfaction and acting as main contact for clients

Generating outbound and handling incoming inquiries from prospective clients, assessing their needs based on their care plans and onboarding them with the appropriate paperwork and rate sheets as required

Working with and liaising with colleagues at Nova Staffing to ensure marketing,



finance and accounting and other requirements of Rural Home Care are taken care of to meet the needs and goals of the Company.

Managing all front-line personnel providing care and services for clients

Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding all workers for the division

Managing client and employee files, performing payroll and assisting with paperwork for invoicing

Hiring, onboarding, training, and managing future internal staff of Rural Home Care

Covering front line shifts with clients as required

Being on call for evenings and weekends for problem solving and working front line shifts if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
