Fresh Start Cleaning Inc. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide residential, commercial, post-construction, and Airbnb cleaning services throughout Windsor-Essex. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work well with others, and are committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial cleaning duties to company standards.
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and complete detailed cleaning tasks.
Assist with deep cleans, post-construction cleans, and Airbnb turnovers.
Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all work is completed thoroughly.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for transportation to job sites.
Weekday availability is required, with weekend shifts as needed.
Previous qualified cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.




Robust attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a variety of residential and commercial environments.
