Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC gear-grinders
• Review engineering drawings before production
• Ensure accurate component alignment and loading
• Perform inspections and document results
• Identify tooling and process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in gear-manufacturing
• Experience in operating CNC gear-production machinery
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Capability to interpret technical documents
• Journeyperson certification in machining trades is an asset
