We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our energetic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse distribution activities, operating vehicles, such as trucks, UTVs , and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. Your experience with warehouse management systems will be essential in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. Responsibilities
Operate vehicles to load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse
Assist with order picking and packing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers
Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper manual handling procedures
Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing stock locations and maintaining inventory accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and warehouse activities
Requirements
Proven experience working in a warehouse setting with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
Experience with order picker devices and order fulfillment procedures
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving tasks
