A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Director, you will define and drive the occupational health and safety strategy to transform regulatory compliance into a proactive, interdependent safety culture at our Ville Saint-Laurent plant.
Strategy & Risk Management: Deploy H&S; policies, perform chemical/ergonomic risk assessments, and manage PPE programs.
Safety Culture & Training: Drive behavioral safety campaigns, conduct field audits, and lead safety training for all employees.
Emergency Response: Update emergency response plans, coordinate safety drills, and train the first-response team.

We Are Looking For
Master's or Engineering degree in HSE / H&S; with proven experience in an industrial plant.
Robust knowledge of local H&S; regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
Field-oriented leadership with the ability to influence and engage operational teams.
Strong analytical skills,



responsiveness, and excellent communication.
Fluent French is required; English is a robust asset.
