At Red Earth Spa, we want every guest to leave feeling refreshed, polished and pampered. We're looking for a hands-on Spa Manager to lead our team of Receptionists, Massage Therapists and Estheticians, oversee daily operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience. You don't need spa experience - you need to be a good leader who knows how to create exceptional guest experiences and keep an operation running smoothly.

Working closely with the Director of Spas, you'll help keep the business on track while fostering a skilled, respectful workplace where both guests and staff feel well cared for.

What You'll Do:

- Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a positive culture where everyone works together
- Own recruitment,



onboarding and training for new team members
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering and budgets
- Keep guest service standards high and make sure every part of the guest journey runs smoothly
- Be hands-on at reception when needed, supporting bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins, payments and front desk duties
- Manage guest feedback and solve problems quickly and professionally
- Work with the Director of Spas to achieve business goals and continually improve the guest experience
