Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, process sales transactions, and help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has positive communication skills, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Assist customers with finding products and answering questions.
Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
Handle cash and provide receipts while following store procedures.
Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays.
Receive, organize, and arrange merchandise as needed.
Keep the store clean, neat, and welcoming for customers.




Answer customer inquiries in person and through online/e-commerce channels when required.
Assist with inventory checks and stock organization.
Work with team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.
Follow store policies and maintain a safe and professional work setting.
Perform other general retail duties as required.

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform general retail duties.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
