Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mechanic to join Load 'Em Up. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and machinery which include trucks (gravel trucks, water trucks, hydrovac & vac trucks), trailers & equipment (Wheel loaders, skid steers & excavators)

Duties
Completed PM inspection program of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate
Assist with B620 inspection program
Perform repairs using a wide range of hand tools and power tools to restore equipment to proper working condition
Diagnose mechanical problems accurately with proper troubleshooting methods
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working setting for yourself and others
Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed
Collaborate with team members
B620 inspection program training can be provided depending on candidates





Qualifications
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams clearly
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs
Positive communication skills to document work accurately and collaborate with team members
Prior experience in a maintenance or mechanical role is preferred
Welding experience is considered an asset

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
