Duties
Lead the kitchen team in preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and savory dishes with precision and creativity.
Oversee cake decorating processes to ensure visually stunning and delicious products that delight customers.
Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper packaging techniques.
Coordinate food preparation activities to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency across all menu items.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies,



and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Train staff on food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and proper equipment usage to foster a skilled and compliant team.

Qualifications
Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in restaurant operations or bakery settings.
Expertise in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques.
Solid knowledge of food handling safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and interact with customers.
Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Prior experience in cooking, food packaging, and general kitchen experience is highly desirable.
