Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to support chefs and kitchen staff
Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Support serving staff by preparing utensils, condiments, and side items for service
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages




Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Robust attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to evolving kitchen procedures

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
