As a Skills Coach, you will create engaging lesson plans and utilize adaptive coaching strategies to meet diverse participant needs.
Supporting a community of autistic individuals, you will work closely with Onsite Supervisors and assist in managing class activities. Join our team to lead joyful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans aligned with participant needs
Adapt activities using autism-informed approaches
Facilitate a welcoming learning setting
Partner with supervisors to enhance participant support
Oversee activity scheduling and implementation Requirements:
One year of experience in coaching youth sports
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
Must undergo a explicit criminal record check
Ability to skate forwards and backwards for skating programs
