Duo Dental is looking for an experienced and highly personable Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients and can take ownership of treatment follow-up from diagnosis to scheduling.

Key responsibilities include:
Presenting and explaining treatment plans
Discussing fees, insurance and financial options
Following up on unscheduled treatment
Scheduling accepted treatment
Coordinating larger cases including implants, crowns and clear aligners
Maintaining excellent communication and follow-up with patients
Creating a warm, qualified patient experience

Dental experience is required. CDA certification and clinical experience are a strong asset.

Full-time or part-time prospects available.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
