We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our dealership team as a Parts Department Assistant. Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Logistics: Receive incoming shipments, inspect items for accuracy, sort parts, and keep the inventory warehouse and shipping/receiving areas clean and orderly.
Customer Service: Deliver professional, friendly support to retail and wholesale clients via phone, email, and in person at the parts counter.
Transactions & Administration: Process point-of-sale cash, credit, and cheque transactions following dealership procedures; handle parts returns and warranty claims efficiently.
Merchandising:



Maintain the retail sales floor, showroom displays, and counter area to meet dealership presentation standards.

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and valuable organizational abilities
Basic computer literacy for inventory lookup and payment processing
Ability to lift, move, and organize stock in a warehouse setting
Previous dealership, automotive, or retail parts experience is an asset, but we are willing to train candidates with the right work ethic

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
