A growing sales and marketing company in Toronto is looking to add a Customer Sales Representative to their team. This role is centred on building relationships with customers face-to-face, understanding what they need, and guiding them toward the right products or services. You'll represent well-known client brands across a mix of retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the city.

What You'll Do
Approach and engage customers in person, building rapport and identifying what matters to them
Present products and services in a explicit, honest way that helps customers make informed decisions
Handle questions and objections confidently, drawing on ongoing product training
Build lasting customer relationships that support repeat engagement and brand loyalty
Meet individual and team sales targets through consistent, ethical selling practices
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes
Support campaign logistics, including setup of materials and displays at assigned locations
Share feedback and insights with your team and manager to help improve results across campaigns
Take part in regular coaching and training to develop your sales and communication skills
What We're Looking For
Comfortable approaching and speaking with people you haven't met before
Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in solving customer problems
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset
Reliable, coachable, and able to work well within a team
Available for full time, in-person hours
