Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain tools and dies used in manufacturing processes.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to produce accurate tooling.
Operate CNC machines including CNC lathes and milling machines.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency.
Conduct inspections using calipers and other measuring tools.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement solutions.
Maintain safety standards and proper documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker
Proficiency in AutoCAD,
SolidWorks, CNC programming, and CNC machinery.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
Skilled in using hand tools, welding, and assembly techniques.
Excellent math skills for exact measurements.
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
