Duties
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards
Support children’s learning activities by encouraging participation and curiosity
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment at all times
Observe and document children’s progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
Engage in classroom setup, material preparation, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Ability to support basic math concepts through engaging activities
Passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment
