Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for freight transportation across designated routes, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Load, secure, and unload freight using forklift and heavy equipment as needed, ensuring cargo integrity and safety during transit
Conduct routine inspections of trucks and trailers, performing basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting issues to prevent delays
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records in compliance with company policies
Coordinate with warehouse teams to verify shipment details, process freight documentation, and ensure proper handling of goods




Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely within warehouse or yard environments when required

Qualifications
Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven experience in commercial driving
Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, heavy equipment, and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and shipping documentation standards
Basic automotive repair skills to identify minor vehicle issues and perform simple repairs or maintenance tasks
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Physical stamina to load/unload freight, operate heavy equipment, and perform routine vehicle inspections
