About the Position

Uniclean Building Maintenance is looking for reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our team. Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial facilities, including grocery stores, warehouses, and other commercial locations.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain floors, aisles, entrances, washrooms, offices, and other designated areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums, as required.
Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Empty garbage and recycling bins.
Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing when required.
Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, hazards, or other concerns to a supervisor.
Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled time.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working at client locations.





Requirements
Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but training can be provided.
Reliable and punctual.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and follow instructions.
Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
Comfortable working in grocery stores, warehouses, and other commercial environments.
Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Cleaning equipment experience is an asset.

Schedule

Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the location and client requirements.
