Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, stations, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, presentation,



and timely service
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings with strong customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately
Solid communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
