SMC Towing Group is hiring Scrap Car Hauler / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.

This is a high-paced role that requires confidence, efficiency, and solid decision-making skills in the field. We are looking for experienced drivers who can work independently while maintaining safety and compliance at all times.

Responsibilities:
Scrap vehicle pickups and transport
Double loading vehicles safely and efficiently (required)
Operating tow trucks in a safe and professional manner
Securing loads and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers

Requirements:
Valid TSSEA Tow Operator License (MANDATORY)
Proven experience in towing and/or scrap hauling
Ability to double load confidently and safely
Solid decision-making skills under pressure
Must prioritize safety and compliance at all times




Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Must have CSA-approved work boots
Must have reliable transportation to and from our Nepean yard
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Professional attitude and robust work ethic
