We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Dispatch/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our warehouse operations, transportation providers, and customers. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless order fulfillment, efficient supply chain management, and exceptional service delivery. You will coordinate shipping and receiving activities, manage procurement processes, and utilize various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to optimize logistics workflows. Your proactive attitude will drive process improvements and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Duties
Manage transportation logistics using transportation management systems (TMS) ) to streamline freight movement
Review schedule requisitions, passenger counts and cargo, running times and distances to establish schedule parameters
Design recent or modify existing schedules using computer software or other methods
Assign personnel to equipment and routes and schedule work shifts
Compile equipment and personnel records to produce operating reports
Review personnel availability and other pertinent information to establish schedule parameters
