Join our team as a Commercial Snow and Landscape Laborer OR Foreman.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing landscape and/or snow removal maintenance, supervising crew members, efficiently and safely

Your leadership will help maintain landscapes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met consistently.

Duties
Oversee and/or participate in commercial snow removal operations, including plowing, shovelling, salting, and de-icing to ensure protected access during winter months
Follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Communicate with a team clearly and with courtesy
Lead landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, planting, gardening, and general horticulture tasks
Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot issues promptly
Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and repairs; operate machinery safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements
Experience in landscape maintenance, snow removal or related construction work




Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor maintenance or landscaping teams is a bonus
Ability to operate snow removal equipment such as plows and salt spreaders safely during winter months
Strong organizational skills
Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
Valid driver’s license; CDL certification is a plus but not required
Construction experience is highly desirable to support diverse project needs
Able to work early hours, sometimes long hours, and weekends. This is on call work through winter months.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 60.0 per week
